BenQ RL2455HM monitor problem or video card/software issue

I get couple of horizontal lines on top right corner of my monitor. its subtle but still annoying enough, main worry for me that i get screen tearing while watching videos so contacted benQ for warranty enquiry while i can.

i want to make sure it isn't windows10/card issue???? i already tried out hdmi/dvi port with same issue. also clean uninstalled nvidia drivers. i should go ahead and claim warranty right?

try the monitor on another computer even a friend's for testing purposes to see if still has that issue & if you do then warranty replace it.
