Benq XL2411 vs XL2430 @ 60hz?

Will be purchasing one of these monitors and have done my own research but I couldn't find anything on 60hz and lag, my current monitor is a korean X-Star DP2414LED which has horrible lag at 60hz and input delay at 144hz, it is the same response time as benq monitors on 120hz though, just wondering if either of the Benq monitors would have the same lag at 60hz and also the main difference between them, I just want the fastest response time for CS and the ability to play games smoothly at lower fps. Doubtful, Korean monitors are almost always overclocked panels, and suffer from heavy instability, flickering and input lag as a result.
Get the XL2411Z, I used to own one and it is fantastic.
Why are you saying that you want to lock it at 60Hz?

Sorry I worded it wrong, what I meant was I wanted to know how the benq monitors perform with a game that I can't get 144fps on, unless it's just my shitty monitor.

Why bother getting a 144hz monitor if you can't run it at those frame rates?

I get a consistent 250+ fps on csgo which is the main reason i use it but on games like Arma 2 i get around 70

CPU: Intel Core i7 920 3.8ghz

Oh right yeah that'll be perfectly fine lol, just because it supports a 144hz refresh rate it doesn't mean that it HAS to run at that refresh rate, it can do everything in between just fine.
By the way if you have the cash, you might want to consider a fresh CPU/mobo/GPU/RAM combo in the coming year, your CPU is a bit old, and the GPU is a little underpowered.

Yeah I'm planning on getting a 7600k or 7700k and 1070

The 7700k or maybe a 1700x would be a good upgrade. 😉
