Question BenQ xl2411z DVI 144HZ

I have an Ibuypowerpc and the only ports on the GPU are HDMI and DisplayPort but the monitor only supports 144hz through DVI. So is there a DisplayPort to DVI adapter I can use and get 144hz or is there no way around this?
