BenQ XL2411Z or BenQ GW2765HT?

Hello,

Was wanting people's opinions between these two monitors for the use of casual gaming!

I am by no means a professional player of any game, usually sticking to WoW, HoTs, D3 and the odd FPS! The XL24 has the 144hz, 1MS and gaming mode benefits but I am not entirely sure I will see these benefits playing at the level I do.

Would it be more beneficial to get a 1440p monitor, with a nicer panel and lose the benefits of 1MS etc?

Wondering if anyone has debated this before and has a valid answer?

That would depend on your hardware. There is no point getting a 144hz monitor if you can't exceed 60 fps.

I have a 24 inch BenQ and find it great for gaming. I have a friend with the XL2411Z, and he thinks it looks great.

Have you tried a 27 inch screen before? You might find it overwhelming.
