BenQ XL2411Z really small black bar on left side and an even smaller one on the right side.

Hello,

so i cant change the position of my screen in my monitor settings. is this a fault of the monitor or is this normal?

is there anyway to make the screen without these small black bars?

Hello,

Is there a bigger black bar on one side than the other? That's very likely a problem with the monitor. Double check your scaling settings, both your monitor's OSD and your graphics card control panel.

the blackbar on the left side is like 0,5cm big and on the right side like 0,25 cm. just rough estimates could be smaller. i cant change it with scaling settings :/

1920x1080, i have the same problem on my 2nd monitor aswell btw, its an syncmaster sa550 27".
