Question BenQ XL2420T - support on PS5 with 120hz?

Hey everybody,

I've decided that I want to buy a ps5.

The monitor which I currently have is listed on the topic's name.

This monitor has a DVI Dual Link, and a HDMI 1.4. As far as I know, the DisplayPort is broken.

Is there any way I could get 120hz on PS5 with this monitor? I cannot find the information even on the monitor's manual about if the HDMI 1.4 supports 120hz.

You should be able to get 120Hz..have you tried hooking the console to the HDMI on the panel?

I haven't bought the PS5 yet...

But I don't know, cause nothing is saying that if it supports or not..

The XL2420 is limited to 60 Hz on HDMI. I don't think it will be possible to get 120 Hz in this case.
