BenQ XL2420TE - Is my graphics card to weak?

Asus GTX 550 ti
64 bit windows 7

My question to you folks is, is my graphics card going to be to slow for the response time of this monitor? I don't want to spend 70-100 dollars more if my video card can't handle it. If not what are some examples of monitors that would not be overkill for my system?

To be completely honest I am WAY out of the loop when it comes to monitors - I'm looking for the most bang for my buck. (money is ALMOST a none issue - no one likes to spend more then they have to even when they can afford it)

No Dual display, no tvs, no lap tops. One primary display and one PC. I have no brand preference since I am so far out of the loop. I am not sure if one brand is any better then the other at the moment. Lastly, I reside in Canada.

No it will be fine, but i recommend getting a new graphics card. But not now, as this is a bad time to purchase a graphics card. Because in february nVidea is releasing they'r GTX 800's. When that happens, the pries will drop. So that will be the best time to snatch a 770. But for now it should be fine. I will suggest the ASUS VE248H-P, its a 24" monitor with a 2ms response time, although the benq is 1ms you wont really notice the difference, its alot cheaper than the benq but is very much worth it.

Considering you havent mentioned any major fps games (like the benq was designed for) i now definetaly recommend the ASUS that i recommended.

PS2 is a very VERY large scale first person shooter. Think guildwars had a baby with halo.

Oh and I also cannot find that monitor for sale anywhere benezz. Perhaps I should have read the stickies first, gonna edit the first post now.
