Benq XL2546 240hz problem!

Bought this monitor yesterday. before i had a asus vg248qe and it worked just fine. i tried 2 different display port cables and both slots on the gpu. my gpu is a 1080ti.

Does this only happen at a certain refresh rate?

Have you tried with DVI-DL ? Just to rule out the DP on the card/monitor?

If you have, chances are the defect is with the monitor itself & you should look to return/replace.

i tried a 3rd DP still the same problem..
Are you sure its just a bad screen ? like have you seen it before ?

Try another input, not another displayport. Theoretically, if the ports on the card were back, changing cables won't help.
I highly doubt the ports/card is bad, but better to check that initially.

Monitor defects come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and the symptoms displayed here certainly look like other monitor defects I have seen.

I would concur, this looks very consistent with a monitor defect.
