Hello,
After buying a newdesktop, my BenQ Zowie XL2430 monitor only shows the option for 60hz in stead of the 144hz it should show. Before my desktop I used to connect my laptop with the monitor where it did show 144hz. I'm still using the same HDMI 2.1 cable, so that hasn't changed.
Besides, if I connect the desktop to my ASUS ROG XG248Q at home, it does show 240hz with the exact same HDMI cable.
I tried using different HDMI ports, but it still doesn't work. The GPU card that I have is the XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Radeon RX 6600. Within the AMD software I tried creating a custom resolution based on 144hz, but it shows me an error that it's not compatible.
I already have the latest driver on my GPU.
Does anyone have an idea of what else I could try / what the problem could be?
Thanks in advance.
