Bent cpu pin on my z97 sabertooth should i rma the mobo?

i bought this motherboard from tigerdirect and its been two months i been using it and i notice i have a bent pin on my mobo. computer still turns on but i am going to request for a rma. Does tigerdirect have good rma reputation?

the bent motherboard socket is noticeable will it affect my performance?

Most likely they arent going to RMA for a bent pin that more likely than not, you caused. I dont believe any major etailer would accept a return for a bent pin. But your best bet is to request an RMA and see what they say. Also another thing is that if its working, that means it isnt messed up. So is there really a reason to return it?

It's hard to see but I can tell pin is out of place. Will this affect my performance? Will it damage my CPU ?

I would say, if its working fine now, itll continue to work fine til something else goes wrong with it.
