Hello all, I received an Asus P8Z68 V-pro gen3 as a gift and since I wasn't gonna use it sold it on eBay. The buyer returned the board since he said it had bemt pins (I didn't know since I hadn't even open the box) and I found that 2 pins were bent. Is this fixable? Thanks! Pics are attached.

With a BIOS update you should be able to get a 3rd Gen i7 (3770k is the best). However the life expectancy for those is only a few more years, as even the 3770k is bottlenecking in some cases with high-end graphics cards at this point. It may be worth it to upgrade to a modern CPU/MB.

The bent CPU pins may or may not be an issue. I had a few bent pins on my Z77 board and it was fine for the most part. Depends on how bad it is.

EDIT: It looks like one bent pin, unless I am missing one, it doesn't look like it is unfixable, it might not even be a problem. To me it doesn't look like it is bent all the way, just slightly askew... could be wrong. can't really see it lol.
DOUBLE EDIT: Sorry for the CPU recc. idk wtf I was reading :D
