[SOLVED] Bent CPU socket pins

What's your opinion of these socket pins? Are they bent too far out of tolerance to use? I tried to bend a few of them back with a hobby knife. It was shipped to me this way. Are these CPU socket pins too bent to use? I tried to bend a few back but it's too hard to see . Socket Image Socket Image 2 Socket Image 3

I"ve spoken to vendor and they sounded surprised and right when I thought they were going to tell me to return it, the live chat went dead. lol. The pins were worse but i used a hobby knife and mag glass to straighten them. Fixing them all is proving difficult because my eyes arent good enough

Are those pictures post bending?
Those pins are still too far out of line to be usable most likely.
If you can prove it arrived like that, the retailer may offer a exchange, but its not likely.

Agree with Gam3r01 , if it got shipped to you like that , if you have proof that it got shipped like that then they will replace it

Is it possible to maybe bend these into proper position? Am I wasting my time trying to do so?

As long as they are not broken, or bent too far, fixing it is 'possible'.
