Bent DisplayPort 1.2 Cable

Hi Everyone,
When I was trying to pull out my displayport cable out of my monitor (it was in a really awkward position) there was a tiny snap and when I did get it out, It was bent a little. I am still able to see images on my monitor and I am still able to take it out. Are there any potential problems that willl happen?

Any photos of the damage?
Anyway - if there are no issues with the image, then most likely damage is insignificant.
In worst case, just replace displayport cable.

Please tell me if the quality isn't good enough for you to see. As you can notice, the plastic casing of the DP is slightly split and the head itself is slightly bent.
