I have a 2003 video card(AGP), we need it because some of our computers can only use AGP. Apparently, the clock pin got bent and was plugged into the analog ground, ever since then, there have been some inverted pixels, I think?
if the video port itself is broken on the card (and not the card, which the card shouldn't be damaged, just the port), cheapest and better way to go is use a different video port.
