Question Bent MOBO :(

So i dropped my entire pc case down a few stairs... and i wonder if there are any hardware sharks who know if this is repairable. Right now it says: usb overcurrent shutting down in 15 seconds.

If you had a thumb drive in computer you most likely bent the heck out of the USB port. Look at all ports look for something bent or shorting the connection in the back of port.

Disconnect front panel usb connector.
Probably USB port got bent/damaged and this causes short in USB port.

So yea it i sadly not the front USB so i wonder if theres is anything that can be done here ? hot glue ? :/

Dammit. Was hoping there would be something to do, like mayb if i just take out the entire USB that is damaged. So there wont be any overcurrent at all. Guess not :/

Problem is that it may not just be the USB with damage this catastrophic.

Thanks for all your replies. Was much appreciated. Luckily EVERYTHING else in the PC survived... Still not sure how but yea i'll know for sure when i get a new MOBO up and running. Have a good weekend !
