Motherboard : Msi Carbon Pro Gaming AC

Hi so my pc has been getting worse, as in games have been looking ever so much more choppy and sluggish, my windows is now 10x more sluggish and half my screen is slower then the other half, and i'm wondering if it's my motherboard doing this, i reinstalled my windows to try and see if it was that, second i got on i experienced some freezing and sluggishness

motherboards freeze right? reason i'm worried is because when i installed it i left out 3 standoffs by accident and screwed it in on the right side, like this

screw screw screw

screw screw screw

screw screw screw

the very right screws i screwed in without the standoffs present but i didn't switch it on until i found my issue, it bent the motherboard so i unscrewed it and did it properly, i'm wondering if since it might have bent it, it's creating issues now?

there's a line on the back, what do you guys think?

Those problems are equally symptomatic of corrupted Windows or drivers installation.

I don't think that's a crack, it looks to me a lot more like a rub mark like something...not to hard, like a tool handle maybe... was scraped across the surface.

No i checked, definitely not a rub mark, it's clearly damaged a few traces making the whole pc unstable 99% of the time, it works but instability ruins everything.
