Bent my USB 3.0 Pin, what's the best way of fixing it?

I accidentally bent my USB 3.0 pin, not really sure how it happened since all the other ones are okay. Anyway, I'm not using it right now since the mobo has two but I definitely want to fix it for future use. I'm going to remove the mobo from the case before fixing it but my questions are:
What would be the best way of going at it?
What instruments would be best?
And are those pins very delicate or can I apply some force when bending it back?

The pin that is bent is the bottom VBUS (http://www.frozencpu.com/images/awards/ele-1133a.jpg) which carries 5V, worst case scenario what would happen if the pin were to come off?
This is a picture of the accident: http://imgur.com/a/IN4J6 (you'll have to zoom in a little, sorry)

Yep, that's a tried and tested formula - I use that method on all motherboard header pins that are wonky.

Thank you, will look up and use that method.
