Bent pins damaged the CPU (LGA1156 - i7 870)

As you can see my mobo's bent pins caused damage on my CPU.I reported the board to the service as RMA.

But I don't know anything to do about CPU.

Is my CPU's warranty is void?Or my boards too?

What should I do at this situation?
