[SOLVED] Bent socket pins

Hi so yesterday i installed a new CPU fan and after installation, my monitor would say "No signal" . I checked gpu, ram, made sure it wasnt the wires nor the monitor. Ive look at the socket and it seems to me that some of the pins are bent. First off would this cause the "No signal' issue and if so how do i go about fixing this or is it well beyond fixing. I tried to pull some back in place with a smaller tweezer but to no avail! Thanks for help in advance

That's a lot of bent pins.

That can absolutely cause various malfunctions, up to and including not booting at all.

Fixing those is a very fiddly operation. I did it once.
