Hi all. I tried to sum the whole question in the subject line. Is the 500W PSU in my PC adequate for the RTX 2060 I just ordered? I probably should've asked prior but it's an ebay item and I didn't want it to get nabbed. I see Nvidia recommends a minimum of 550. Might I get away with 500 anyhow? Has anyone else tried an RTX 2060 with a 500W PSU? Also, please tell me the VGA1 and 2 cables I have are the equivalent of what would be labeled PCI on other PSUs...? Thanks 😊

The GPU isn't the issue, the CPU is more power hungry in this case. The 10900KF has a PL2 (or Peak wattage) of 250W, so you'd want to get a 600W - 650W to be safe. You can see your current PSU here in a stress test situation with a 10900kf + 2060:

Considering PSUs capacity goes down with time, it's always recommended to have some headroom in terms of wattage.
