Best £100 monitor

I want to buy a second monitor for multitasking. £100 is the maximum I can spend. The monitor I already have is the BENQ GL2450HM, I do like this monitor but I want to get something different. I would like for the monitor to be IPS and not TN as my current monitor is TN. And I always hear IPS looks much better! The monitor has to have a vesa mount. Not too bothered about inbuilt speakers but HDMI would be nice. And screen size between 21-24 inches

Update: Just found it, it is vesa mountable (100x100 mm).

Looks perfect but for some reason in the UK it's really expensive. It's £150, (about $240)
