The system will mainly be for CS:GO, but I will also be playing battlefield 1! I want it as small as possible as I have a small desk and so I can take it to friends houses, please don't suggest a laptop!

Solution
None of the above, no reason to pair a non-K CPU with a Z series MB when your not going to be overclocking. Changing a few parts will also allow you to get 16gb of RAM, better SSD and 1TB of storage.
