Best $100 cooler for overclocking?

Hi! I'm creating a build for myself to get later in the year, but I can't seem to find a good cooler for it. I'll be running a 650W EVGA gold PSU, a GTX 960, and a 4690k I want to oc to about 4.3- 4.5 GHZ, all on an MSI SLI krait z97 board. Can anyone recommend me a good cooler? Air or Water, just not Noctuas. I realize they're some of the best, but I hate that s*** brown color. So, $100, no Noctua, 4.5 GHZ on a 4690k. Help?



Edit: just for clarification, i am using a phantom 630, so not many size restrictions

Noctua makes some nice air coolers.

If it were me I'd look at this.

Gelid is solid and as quiet as it gets. without being as ridiculously large as some of the 100 dollar noctua parts.

I'll agree that Noctua makes excellent coolers, it's just the colors are really bad. If I could paint it without voiding warranty or sacrificing performance, then I might consider them.

If you just want to oc to 4.3-4.5 Ghz, an air cooler like the hyper 212 evo or a raijintek aidos will be sufficient for $30 or under. If you want an aio liquid coller, cm sedion120xl is nice for around $60. The quietest air cooler you could get for $50 would be the be quiet dark rock 3. For under $100, the h90 is nice, though slightly noisier and for an air cooler, the cryogr1ultimate will be the ultimate

Now would the h80i be better than the h90 or seidon 120v? And in a Phantom 630 is it possible to top mount a 240 rad and the 200mm fan?

I'm going with the compact H80i GT, it's small, nice looking, and pretty powerful. I'm still open as of now though, if anyone has a better idea.
