Best $100 range ATX mid tower case for 2017?

I dont really want a full tempered glass case, I have been looking at the Thermaltake Core X31, the NZXT H440, the Fractal Design Define R5, and the Phanteks ECLIPSE P400S. Here is my parts I have decided on so far http://pcpartpicker.com/user/JLaurence/saved/. Yes I plan on putting a 280mm radiator on the front, one exhaust 140 on the back and one exhaust 140 on the top. Price really isnt that big of a deal but the most I would pay for a case $150. Im open to any other cases as well, any input is a appreciated thanks.

Are you going to buy gtx 970? Personally have p400 case and very satisfied. But if you going to buy a transparent case, get tempered glass, unless u dont care about scratches that u will get no matter what.
There are many good looking cases on the market by this day. Doubt its smart to recommend anything specific because each of us prefer different looks and specifications.
