Best $1000 Gaming PC Build

Hi, I would like to build a gaming pc with a max budget of $1000 im new to building computers but would love if somebody could give me THE BEST POSSIBLE parts for a max budget of $1000.

Cpu- I would like the best cpu for the budget that can handle streaming gaming at ultra 1080 and slight editing/rendering.
MotherBoard- Best one to fit slight overclocking and the budget. (NO SLI)
Cooler- Im looking for a cooler that can keep my cpu nice and cool cause since im new i may do some minor overclocking depending on the cpu given.
Ram- 16gb is preferred.
Storage- 1tb is enough but i would like a 250 gb ssd aswell if possible.
Video Card- Im looking for the best possible gpu for the budget given that can handle gaming at ultra 1080p and any other tasks i throw at it.
Case and power supply dont really matter to me.

FYI...Your PSU in that build is very cheap. I don't recommend using it for this specific build.

Can this run at over 60 fps on ultra on gta,bf4.overwatch and just about any games i throw at it?

Yes you should be able to run pretty much all AAA titles at 1080p 60fps
