Best 1000 gaming PC?

I was wonder what would be the best 1000 gaming that would run games like Skyrim, Bf4, metro last light and crysis on high to ultra settings?

what about the case and motherboard? It says i does not have usb 3.0 ports.

The case doesn't have a frontside USB 3.0, so if you really need to have a usb 3.0 plugged in up front vs the back then you can look into a different case.
