Best 1060 model?

Hi, I want to buy a 1060 but I don't know what model and what manufacturer to pick. I need high FPS and decent video quality, I play at 1366x768. I'd also like it to have good cooling. Which one should I pick? Any recomendations? There are a lot from many manufacturers like Gigabyte, Asus, MSI... I don't know which one to pick. Thanks for your attention

Edit: I don't want the founders edition. It would be great if the price was below $300
