[SOLVED] Best 1080p 144Hz Monitor for <£200?

Looking for a 1080p monitor with 144Hz and some kind of sync tech to help with screen tearing when playing games, 1ms is a plus too.
Currently using a BenQ 1080p 60hz 1ms gaming monitor and I've loved it for the long time I've had it, but when gaming the screen tearing can be quite horrific witout vsync turned on.

Anything over 24" and up.

I was looking at this, and with how happy I was with my current BenQ I'm tempted to stay loyal, any input on this one?

The second one looks same/similar to the one i linked.
The pixio one looks cool with how thin bezzels are and the stand.
Honestly there are hundred or more monitors that are in your criteria.
