Best 1080p Monitor for my PC

Hey guys, I'm looking for the best bang for my buck here, ideally not over $200, but if I must I'm willing to wiggle a bit. I'd like a fast response time for league also. Here's some details.

My PC:
Gigabyte Z170 Gaming 3 MB
Core i5 6600
GTX 750TI 2GB
2 x 4GB DDR4 RAM (8 total)
Corsair 650 PSU

Games I play, or would like to play
League of legends
Mass effect 1 & 2
Final Fantasy 13
Civilization 6
Bayonetta

Hey thanks for your input! Is there a noticeable difference from 60-75Hz?

TBH I'm not sure (at work so cant test). I have a 144hz monitor but most of my single player games I play at 85hz which IMO is noticeable from 60hz.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wont freesync be an issue with an nvidia gpu? Talking specifically about that Asus.

Nope, you'll still be able to utilize the 85hz and use vsync, just no Freesync. If you think the 60 hz is enough then I would just go for the BenQ.
