Well, pretty much, your title does not say anything.

What refresh rate do you want? 60, 120, 144? Refresh rate and response time are two different things, but even an IPS panel with its 5 ms is fast enough for you to ever feel. What is your budget? Why TN? Gaming branded TNs are usually worse than a mediocre IPS and you even pay premium because it has the Gamer tag.

Should've been more thorough with my description. My budget is about 300$. 120-144Hz is preferable so I can play with V-sync turned off and still not get screen-tear all while having smooth gameplay (anything above or equal to 60fps is "smooth" to me. below or equal to 5ms response time should be ok as I currently use a display with 5ms response time.
