Best 120mm fan for Antec Kuhler H2O 620 for 15$ and under

hi, i'm planing to get a Antec Kuhler H2O 620 and add a secondary fan for push-pull config, i have a 55$ budget and i can get the Antec Kuhler H2O 620 for 60-10 rebate-10 promo code=40$ and 15$ left over for a fan... i have my eye on the scythe ultra kaze 3000 because it puts out 133 cfm for only 12.99$

So are there any better fans out there for under 15$?

Keep in mind that the Ultra Kaze 3000 is also a very loud fan, and is 38mm deep instead of the standard 25mm (may affect mounting). If you're comfortable with that, then by all means. It's a good fan.
