Samsung 850 Pro SSD's as far as i'm concerned are a very solid lineup of SSD's.

Honestly if you don't mind the extra few bucks, i would go with the 850 Pro.

Raw Performance? Yes.

However if you have lingered long enough on forums and read enthusiasts that discus about these matters you get more than just benchmarks.

According to many Intel's SSD's are slightly more reliable. Not exactly sure, maybe in the custom service, temperature, lifespan, power protection, etc areas however i've heard some good things about Intel SSD's.

However i would personally stick with the 850 Pro because of the better price : performance.
