So all these fans just fit my max budget, which would be best?

Phantek 140XP

Be Quiet! Pure Fan Wings 2

Alpenföhn 140mm Wing Boost 2

These all are maxing out my budget so nothing more plz

I need to replace stock fans as they suck 🙁

What rpm are you running them at?

I have tried different fan curves, they are loud for me at the lowest RPM at idle.
