Best 1440p monitor in 2015 under $200?

I am looking at getting a 1080p monitor, but I have a GTX 980 with my new build and I know the 1440p range is the sweet spot for that card. So any recommendations in that price range for that monitor?

Specs that I'm looking for:
2ms response time
IPS display
At least 60hz

The best (cheap) 1440p monitor might actually become the new Dell P2416D (24" monitor). It's not out yet, but it's supposed to cost $350 at launch so around $300 street price. No reviews yet but it looks promising on paper... If you're set on something under $200, good luck!

Good luck finding a monitor with those specs AND for under $200. To top it off it would be great if it was 27´or bigger!
