I need a 1440p monitor at 240hz and with built in speakers

there is really no "best" of any resolution or refresh rate.
it's all about personal opinion;

what type of panel is the most comfortable for you?
many would rather use VA, many would rather use IPS, some would rather have the cheapest possible and don't really notice the differences.

what options do you want to have?
some feel that they can't do without the best possible HDR panel available, others would rather have the fastest possible response time, some others may want the highest basic color reproduction without HDR, etc.

there are far too many different options available for anyone to tell you what might be "Best" for you.

you should take some time traveling around to different computer and electronics shops and larger retailers like Best Buy and check out what the different options are that appeal to you and base your decision on that.
not on what some forum member may like or dislike or may have some fanboy attraction or aversion to.

of course.

when you know what type of panel appears the best to you,
what size will best fit your environment,
what other features you want to implement,
and how much money you are looking to spend
you could get a lot of recommendations.

there are literally hundreds of new 1440p monitors with higher refresh rates on the market right now.
and thousands just from the last few years.
when you can narrow down your decision some to a more specific type a lot of help can be available.

start researching the different panel types available and go check some out to see what appeals to you.

...and don't trust YouTube videos, many of them are supporting sponsors and downplaying EVERYTHING else.

check out what the different options are that appeal to you and base your decision on that.
not on what some forum member may like or dislike or may have some fanboy attraction or aversion to.
