Best 144hz/165hz G-Sync 1440p Gaming Monitor?

Budget is around £550. I will connect the monitor to my PC which has a i7-8700k, GTX 1080, 16GB RAM.
I was thinking of getting one of these three, the Dell is less expensive which makes me wonder if there are any other drawbacks apart from the TN Panel. I will use the monitor for mostly Gaming and sometimes even Graphics Designing.

-Dell S2417DG = TN Panel + 1ms

-Acer Predator XB271HU = IPS Panel + 4ms

-AOC Agon AG271QG = IPS Panel + 4ms

if gaming is main then TN panel is better, but it might hinder graphic work. IPS looks good for work, but gaming on it have slight sluggish feeling (while it looks almost identical). I would go for TN if you wont watch any moves on it. If you do netflix, instantly IPS panel(for viewing angles).

I have the Dell and am very happy with it. Fast response and no ghosting. It's not the most color accurate or have the highest contrast but it's very acceptable. I suggest you tweak the color/contrast and gamma levels to your liking.

I haven't watched an actual movie but YouTube looks ok. I can watch some Netflix and check it out.
