I own a sapphire r9 390 but at the moment I finished my build I wasnt able to afford a monitor so I just used a some what old hd ready tv and its quality is dreadful.
I can now afford a monitor but I need to keep it under the 300€ mark.
Having in mind my limitations I searched for the monitors that I could afford and that had the best features.
As the title says those are a 144Hz refresh rate and freesync if its shipped with that.
My main concern is build and image quality.
I tried to found some answers by searching for reviews but I dont even understand half of the things they say lile gamut and so on, so I thought to ask my fellow collegues here at toms hardware since you're a lot more informed than I am.
The monitors I've can be found here http://
I need to know between those 3 monitors which is the best one for the money.
My toughts are going for the acer right now but I really dont know mich about them besides the specifications and I really need your help.
I hope you can help me and thank you for your time

I have the Asus VG248QE and its an excellent monitor for the price. The presets are good although I will say that the color on mine was a bit off for a few days but after a bit of gaming it got substantially better and now looks beautiful for a TN panel.

The overall image quality is really good but essentially your buying it for the faster refresh rate. There are IPS versions which have a better image quality but the prices are much more expensive with the 144hz refresh rate. IMO as long as your utilizing the faster speeds (racing games or FPS) its well worth it. Drastically improved my K/D in BF4 (1/1 to 4/1) over my previous monitor (37" Samsung LCD HDTV *bad input lag*).
