Best 144hz for gaming pc

I have a gaming pc and i decide to get a 144hz monitor I was just confused between the sync and non sync monitors also My pc specs are gtx 1080 , ryzen 5 2600x. My budget is around 200$ I want a 23inch or 22Inch 144hz monitors. Recommendations is really appreciated!

Sorry little confused by G-sync you mean the 1ms or its free sync just a little lost and can you link me to one of these. Thanks

Would it be a problem if I get a free sync on nivdia gpu ? or it's not worth it

Free sync feature will not work with your card. Otherwise, its not an issue. Should work like a normal monitor.
Edit: That monitor should work fine as a normal monitor with 144hz refresh rate.

I tried to look it up, but can't really find a clear answer about whats i'm gonna lose if i get the non g-sync monitor.

You dont loose anything. You just dont get GSync as its not a GSync monitor.
