Best 157mm CPU Cooler (i78700K)

I am currently looking for a CPU Cooler for my new i78700k oc (4.5ghz-5ghz)

My case is a Corsair Spec 02 and has a height of 157mm, currently have these in mind:
nzxt-kraken-m22 OR CRYORIG - 'H7 Quad Lumi'

Any recommendations are much appreciated.
