Best 16GB RAM Kit For Ryzen 5 1600?

I just finished building my new PC:

Ryzen 5 1600
ASRock AB350M Pro 4
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2x4GB

However I can't get the RAM to work past 2133Mhz no matter what I do so I've come to the conclusion that the RAM is not fully compatible.

Therefore I would like to find some new RAM to buy. I would like it to be 16GB 2x8GB running at at least 3000mhz and black as I have a windowed case. The cheapest compatible RAM fulfilling these criteria will be fine.

You could just buy RAM based on the memory QVL.

That GSkill RAM looks perfect but theres no where to buy it in the UK :-(
