Best $180 monitor

What is the best possible monitor for $180? I would like it to have a fast response time (gaming), and good picture quality (photography). Can you guys help me out?

id say the vx248h, the last link basically. it has bigger screen too, and the stand is one of the best (often a part that is overlooked).

You can on Craigslist/eBay. Cost me $170 for my 144Hz Asus 24".
