Best 1TB Hard drive

Hi,I am looking for a high performance 1TB hard drive for gaming.Please don't suggest WD Cavair Black as it is very expensive in my region.Power consumption and noises are not a concern.Good booting time performance are also preferred.

I believe the newer Samsung Spinpoint F4 320GB should be the best 7200rpm drive if size is not relevant.
