Best 2 in 1 laptop for around $450

I am looking to get a windows 2 in 1 for my mom and i am not very well versed in the market for these laptops. She is looking to spend around 450 dollars or less and just wants one that is not too slow. Thanks for any help!

You get much more performance with a conventional laptop design.
