What is the best 20 inch monitor out there?

I have a Samsung Syncmaster 950p..its great (but its 19" not 20").
But according to PCWorld, the best 21" monitor is the Samsung Syncmaster 1200NF. You can check their Top 10 list right <A HREF="http://www.pcworld.com/reviews/article/0,aid,47625,pg,2,00.asp" target="_new"> here</A>. They update it monthly.
