Best 200 Dollar Monitor

Yo, here's the deal. I want 120 hz, I went 2ms g-g, and I want 1080p or above. If it's 3d Ready, that's fine with me. If not, what does it take to make a monitor 3d? I want good pixel pitch, I want the BEST for 200 dollars. I would go into this myself but school started and I don't have enough free time to compare all these monitors. Thanks.
