Best $200 tablet for gaming (Windows or android/Google)

Should I go for a $200 Windows tablet or a $200 android tablet for gaming? I'm thinking probably the Windows OS. What is the fastest $200 Windows tablet I can get? Also what is the fastest $200 Google play android tablet I can get?

Windows has far better games but any tablet at that cost will struggle to play them. Android has a good appstore that has millions of free games that will run on most devices ever for $200. If you wanted a windows tablet i'd say spend more and get something better but it depends on what games you want to play candy crush will pretty much play the same on ether OS but android has better app support for easy installs were windows allow for more freedom and better games but you are not going to get anything better then an intel atom for $200 and maybe 2-4gbs of ram.

Not for heavy gaming or nothing, but maybe some lower quality games. + I need the freedom of Windows, google play and android simply can't do what I need them to do. So basically I just want the most powerful $200 Windows tablet. (Needs to be compatible with Bluetooth keyboard and preferable have 1-2 USB ports for a mouse and a USB flash drive.)
