Best $200 upgrade?

I have $200 to spend on a computer hardware upgrade for my current gaming rig:

Core i7 920 @ 3.0GHz
Corsair 3GB DDR3-1333 ram
ASUS P6T motherboard
Corsair TX 750W PSU
EVGA GTX 275
Antec 900
Windows 7 64-bit RC
WD 320GB SATA 7200rpm HDD
Acer 22" LCD monitor 1680 x 1050 res

How should I spend this upgrade money? Would it be worth it to upgrade to 6GB of RAM from my current 3GB? I was also thinking about saving up $50 more and getting another GTX 275 for SLI.

what part of your system doesnt do what you want it to?

If the answer is none then spend the money on your girlfriend , and if you havent got one of those spend it on your mom

I am a pretty big fan of the crysis series and also play most Source engine based games. (HL2, Gmod, CSS, TF2, L4D, etc.). I also play WoW.
