Uh, no it's not. Translated into USD that is $831.84 which is not that much really for a GTX 1080. Then if you consider that in New Zealand the cost of living is different, people's wages are different, etc. You can't just directly compare numbers, it doesn't work that way. Parts seem to be a bit more expensive in new Zealand but they're not too far off.
