[SOLVED] Best 2080 Ti Model for Custom Watercooling (May 2020)

I am looking for the best (a good) implementation of a 2080 Ti, at the moment.
I have read a few (old) threads regarding the matter, all suggest to go for a reference model flashable with a custom firmware (I will go with the EK reference block).
Any suggestion on a specific model currently (May 2020)?
