Question Best 2080ti that can be overclocked ?

I have been looking around and am stuck between Asus MSi and gigabyte mainly because they can all sync with my RGB fans. That being said can someone give me a mode of the 2080ti that’s best for over clocking between them

I was going to build a pc but then decided to go all out with RGB and led strips. And then it just seemed overwhelming and I took the route of shame and am building a pc from AVA DIRECT. But they have a GPU over clock option so I wanted to know which 2080 ti would give best results

Any one with a decent cooler will perform simmilarly thanks to nvidias limits.
